Worked with UI designers creating mouse-based UI for "Madden PC 2002" from scratch using an internal tool. Implemented cross-platform console Flash renderer in C++ and pipeline tools in C#. Shipped EA's first online console UI using Flash. Designed hybrid C++/ActionScript UI architecture.
Lead engineer for tools and pipelines for the open-world streaming "Superman: The Videogame" for both Gen3 and Gen2 consoles. Designed core asset management architecture and implemented specific workflows on top of it. Led a team of five other engineers.
As one of two programmers on "Henry Hatsworth and the Puzzling Adventure," built a plug-in based platform to author levels, characters, animation and other assets. Worked with designers to design and prioritize features. Implemented C++ runtime code for audio playback, UI, and a bytecode interpreter for designer-authored behavior.
Created a set of shared .Net libraries containing collection and utility classes, and rich UI controls, used worldwide across EA featuring comprehensive documentation, unit tests, and example applications. Worked on a variety of other tools, technologies, game teams, and initiatives. Created C# coding standards.
Designed custom skinnable UI for consumer audio player for Windows. Implemented UI in C++ using base Win32 API. Led a team of four developers. Adapted quickly to rapidly changing requirements in a startup environment.
